Sometimes the video TubeDroid automatically generates isn’t quite what you had in mind. Rather than editing individual scenes one by one, you can recreate the entire video from scratch. This regenerates everything — the script, the scenes, the voiceover, and the visuals — giving you a completely fresh attempt based on your series settings.

When to use Recreate Video

Recreating a video is the right choice when:
  • The auto-generated script doesn’t match the direction you want for the topic
  • The overall structure or tone of the video feels off and individual edits won’t fix it
  • You want a second opinion from TubeDroid’s AI on how to approach the content
If you only want to adjust specific fields like the title, voice, or a few scenes, use Edit a video instead — it’s more targeted and may cost fewer credits.

Credit cost

Recreating a video consumes 1 automatically-created-video credit from your plan’s monthly allowance. This is the same credit type used when TubeDroid creates videos on your regular publishing schedule, so use this option when you genuinely need a fresh start.
Recreating a video does not count against your video edit limit. Your per-video edit count is unaffected.

How to recreate your next video

1

Open your series

Go to My Series in the dashboard and select the series whose next video you want to recreate.
2

Click Review Next Video

At the top of the series page, find the Next Video section and click Review Next Video.
3

Select Recreate Video

Inside the video editor, choose the Recreate Video option. TubeDroid will ask you to confirm before consuming a video creation credit.
4

Wait for the new video to render

TubeDroid will generate a new script and render a brand-new video. The status will show Rendering… while it processes. Once complete, it returns to Ready for your review.
