The schedule picker lets you choose exactly when each week TubeDroid publishes a new video for a given series. You can set a single weekly slot or spread posts across multiple days and times — the schedule runs automatically without any further input from you.

How the schedule picker works

The schedule picker presents a weekly grid of days and times. For each slot you want, select a day and a time. You can add as many slots as you like within a week. The schedule is used to generate recurring publish times. TubeDroid queues the next video for the next upcoming slot as soon as the previous one is published.
More slots per week means more videos published per week. Keep your plan’s video credit allowance in mind — the schedule change form will reject a configuration that would exceed your monthly limit.

Multiple time slots per week

You are not limited to one publish time per week. Adding multiple slots is useful if you want to publish several times a week on the same series. Simply add each day/time combination you want.
All scheduled posts within a series must be at least 2 hours apart. If any two slots fall within 2 hours of each other, the form will show an error and prevent saving.

Schedules are stored in UTC

Your schedule is saved in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This means:
  • Daylight saving time (DST) does not affect your schedule. When clocks change in your region, your videos continue to publish at the same UTC time, which may appear one hour earlier or later in your local timezone.
  • The dashboard always shows your schedule in your local timezone, so what you see reflects your current local time, not the raw UTC value.
If consistent local-time publishing matters to you (e.g. always at 9:00 AM your time regardless of DST), remember to manually adjust your schedule slots twice a year when your region’s clocks change.

Next upload

On the My Series list, each series shows a Next Upload date and time. This is the next UTC-scheduled slot, displayed in your local timezone. It updates automatically after each video is published.

Schedule editing restrictions

You cannot edit the schedule within 10 minutes of the next scheduled post time. If a publish is imminent, wait until after it goes out before making changes. You also cannot save a schedule that would cause a post to go out in less than 10 minutes from the time you save.
