When something goes wrong during rendering or uploading, TubeDroid marks the affected video as Failed and shows a Needs attention badge in the dashboard. Most errors have a straightforward fix — the sections below explain what caused each error and exactly what you need to do to resolve it.

Finding a failed video

Open My Series, select the series with the failed video, and look for the Next Video section at the top of the page. If the video has an issue, it will show Needs attention alongside the Failed status badge.

Error types and fixes

What happenedYouTube limits the number of videos that can be uploaded per day through third-party apps like TubeDroid. Your channel reached this daily quota, so TubeDroid was unable to upload the video. How to fix itGo to your series settings and change the YouTube channel or account that this series uploads to. The daily quota resets every day, but since a channel that hit the limit today is likely to hit it again tomorrow, switching to a different connected account is the most reliable solution.
What happenedTubeDroid lost permission to upload to your YouTube or TikTok channel. This usually happens when the authorization expired or was revoked — for example, if you changed your account password or removed TubeDroid’s access in your platform settings. How to fix itGo to Settings > Integrations and reconnect the affected YouTube or TikTok account. Once the connection is restored, TubeDroid will be able to resume uploading.
What happenedThe TikTok privacy or content disclosure settings configured for this video are invalid. TikTok rejected the upload because the settings don’t meet its requirements. How to fix itEdit your series settings and correct the TikTok privacy level and content disclosure configuration. Make sure your privacy setting and any branded content disclosures are valid for your account type, then save the changes.
What happenedTubeDroid encountered an error while rendering the video. This can happen due to a temporary issue during the rendering process. How to fix itOpen the video editor and make any change — even a minor one — then save. This triggers a new render attempt. You will not be charged a re-render credit for this; re-renders initiated after a render failure are always free.
If your video failed to render, editing it and saving triggers a free re-render. No re-render credit is deducted when recovering from a render failure.
